HOSPITAL & MEDICAL DEBT COLLECTIONS IN GREECE

1) All Hospital, Clinic cand Medical Collections are time barred in Greece at the last day of the 5th (fifth) year following the year during which the treatment was provided to the patient.

3) In some cases if the Hospital/Clinic/Medical facility has accepted a promissory letter for a State Insurance agency in Greece (IKA, EFKA, etc). Therefore, a special effort will have to be undertaken by our Law Firm in order to overcome the red tape of such an Agency (at no extra cost by you of course).
